What's Platform fee?

It's important to us that everyone is able to get the help they need-which is why we don't charge a fee to start an online raffle fundraiser.

Platform fee is automatically deducted from each transaction. It covers the cost of delivering safe and secure online raffle pages, emailing payment confirmation and raffle ticket numbers, using RNG (Random Number Generator) for selecting winners, reporting tools, and approval of license and required documents.

What's Stripe fees?

Safe and secure online raffle fundraising is our top priority. That's why we partner with industry-leading payment processors like Stripe to accept and deliver your transactions.

The Stripe fee is automatically deducted from each transaction. It covers the costs of credit and debit charges, verification of bank account information, payout and direct deposits to your bank account and safely delivering secured transactions.
